Palmetto Creek Farms is partnering with The Local to celebrate their 16th anniversary. What better way to celebrate than with a three-course celebration of pork dinner on Thursday, October 26 at 6 p.m? The three course menu is dedicated to crafted, seasonal and Local food.

Chef Jeff reveals he will prepare the Italian culinary masterpiece porchetta to celebrate another successful year making the farm-to-restaurant relationship work for both the chef who specializes in local cuisine and the pig farmer Jim Wood, founder of the organic pig farm in Alva, Florida. The meal begins with a selection of passed and buffet hors d'oeuvres followed by a salad course. Vegetables will be sourced from Inoyni Farms.

The cost for the delicious meal is $60 per person, not including tax or gratuity. Reservations are required and space is limited to 50 people. We hope to see you there!
