Here on Florida's Paradise Coast, your health and safety are our number-one priority. That's why we've created the Paradise Pledge, which encourages local businesses to adopt policies and procedures designed to help protect our residents and visitors from the further spread of COVID-19. By taking the pledge, local businesses assure our residents and visitors that they will enjoy a safe environment by adhering to the latest in CDC and Florida Department of Health best practices. Additionally, we pledge to educate our businesses, attractions and residents to follow these best practices.

Follow, meet and exceed CDC and Florida Dept of Health safety guidelines and protocols. These include:

  • Requiring staff to frequently wash and sanitize hands
  • Providing guests with readily available hand sanitizer
  • Strongly encouraging staff and guests to wear face coverings in all public spaces where social distancing is not possible
  • Following CDC protocols for cleaning and sanitation
  • Training all employees on COVID-19 safety procedures
  • Continually disinfecting often-touched surfaces
  • Following CDC social-distancing guidelines of at least 6 feet between guests
