Ankrolab Brewing Company is passionate about bringing patrons the finest beer it can produce. That passion begins with beer's most important ingredient- water. Ankrolab utilizes the newest technology of reverse osmosis (the RO in Ankrolab) to strip the source water of everything. Yes. Everything. A blank page. The starting water is in fact so pure they reintroduce minerals before it is usable. Although this technique is costly and takes extra time, it is a requirement in making the beer the best it can be. The brewmasters promise to always use the freshest ingredients they can get their hands on and NEVER use any extracts or so-called "natural flavors." Once the beer has been brewed and passes strict quality control, it is paired to a glass that will best suit its flavor profile, mouthfeel and aromatic experience.
