Mexico as Muse by Isabelle de Borchgrave at Naples Botanical Garden
April 29, 2023 - June 11, 2023

A trip to Mexico and Frida Kahlo's home, La Casa Azul, fueled inspiration for the works in Mexico as Muse by Isabelle de Borchgrave. On view for the first time in the United States, these works of art constructed entirely of paper beckon guests to consider the interconnection between life and death. Guests may join in this exploration of the iconic symbols and traditions in Mexican culture in the Garden's newest exhibition, on view starting April 29 in Kapnick Hall. Mexico as Muse is included with Garden admission.
April 29 through June 11, guests purchasing admission to either Naples Botanical Garden or Naples Art Institute enjoy $5 off per ticket to the partner organization with proof of visitation.
This exhibition is an extension of Miradas de Mujeres: Isabelle de Borchgrave and The World of Frida Kahlo, currently on view at the Naples Art Institute.
