New Location of Bar Tulia opens April 21
Chef Vincenzo Betulia has announced that Bar Tulia Mercato will open Wednesday, April 21, starting with lunch at 11:30 a.m. The much-anticipated restaurant and bar are modeled after Chef Vincenzo’s acclaimed Bar Tulia on 5th Avenue South with its signature European farmhouse design, an indoor-outdoor vibe with street side dining for 75 guests, innovative Mediterranean-inspired menu, new and classic libations, and double the indoor space of its namesake.

Naples is site of 2021 HGTV Smart House
Naples is the home of HGTV’s 2021 Smart Home. This approximately 2,500-square-foot home blends sophisticated and timeless design with a coastal style and the latest in technology. Designer Tiffany Brooks, who has designed six Smart Homes for HGTV, brought the house to life. It is located on a private cul-de-sac next to the Eagle Lakes Golf Club.
The home will be given away to the winner of the Smart Home sweepstakes as part of a prize package that is valued at more than $1.1M. The sweepstakes begins on April 21 and goes until June 11 when the winner will be chosen. Feasibility Study Commences for Paradise Coast Trail
The Paradise Coast Trail, the planned 70+ mile trail built exclusively for safe and enjoyable walking, running, and biking, has entered the next phase of its development with the commencement of a feasibility study. Naples Pathways Coalition has selected Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. from a number of highly-qualified proposals to complete the scope of work.
Over the subsequent 12-15 months, engineers will be collecting and inventorying data, conducting public outreach, and developing an action plan. In addition to the feasibility study, Kimley-Horn will complete environmental reviews for two priority segments that will be identified through the feasibility study. Upon completion of the study, stakeholders will have a report with key milestones to guide the development of the Paradise Coast Trail.
Once the trail is completed, economic benefits are expected to include the direct creation of 400+ jobs, increased property values, and stabilization of the tourism industry by diversifying outdoor activities for visitors and residents alike. Paradise Coast Sports Complex Welcomes Naples United FC
The brand-new Paradise Coast Sports and Entertainment Complex will serve as the home venue for Naples United FC, the semi-professional soccer team that competes in the National Premier Soccer League. Naples United recently announced a partnership with the complex, which they will call home for the next three seasons. The 2021 season kicks off on May 1 and home games will take place in the complex’s stadium.
The Paradise Coast Sports Complex is a $100M multi-purpose sports and entertainment venue. At its completion, the complex will comprise about 180 acres and more than 20 athletic fields centered around a 3,500-seat stadium with a full video scoreboard.
