Figaro, Figaro, FI-GA-RO! The Count and Rosina are in love, but how will she escape the clutches of her guardian, Doctor Bartolo? With the assistance of Figaro, The Barber of Seville, of course! This classic opera comedy with playful energy springing from Rossini’s exuberant music will be presented in a whimsical new production directed by Josh Shaw! This colorful touring opera production features nationally renowned artists, chamber orchestra and sets inspired by the art of Antoni Gaudi. English surtitles will be provided. All tickets include a “Flamenco themed” Party with the Stars immediately following the production. Patrons are invited to dress with a Spanish flair or Flamenco style. Guests will enjoy a glass of wine, refreshments and hors d'oeuvres. Cocktail attire welcome!
