
Keep Collier Beautiful invites visitors and local residents to join this year's International Coastal Cleanup from 8-11 a.m. on Saturday, September 19. You can participate at pre-designated sites around Collier County or put a group together and choose your preferred location. Groups of 10 or more need to pre-register. This signature event is a part of the Ocean Conservancy's annual International Coastal Cleanup that brings together volunteers from countries around the world. Cleanup and signup sites include:
Naples Area - Barefoot Beach, Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, Vanderbilt Beach, Lowdermilk Park, Naples Pier, Clam Pass, Naples Bay (Naples Sailing & Yacht Club), Haldeman Creek, Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, Golden Gate Canals, Naples Cruise Club to Keywaydin Island, Florida Southwestern State College's Adopted Canal.
Marco Island Area: Tigertail Beach, Isles of Capri.
Everglades City Area: Downtown Everglades City, Ten Thousand Islands National Wildlife Refuge, Immokalee.
