Meet the African Lion Cubs at Naples Zoo
Now - October 31, 2019
Daily | 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The three male lion cubs, Ruaha, Chobe, and Karoo, are ready for their public debut!
The boys were born on May 14, 2019 and their mother, Shani, is ready to share her healthy babies with the world. Because a lioness keeps her cubs hidden for one to two months in the wild before introducing them to the pride, Shani and her cubs were given privacy.
The cubs' father, Masamba, was recently introduced to the cubs and the pride is now integrated and thriving!
We've also added a lion Meet-the-Keeper talk every day at 12:00 pm right outside the lion exhibit. Come watch the cubs grow! Guests can meet the carnivore zoo keepers and learn all about African lions and the cubs. Guests are encouraged to ask questions.
