Pepper Ranch Sunflower Viewing
October 13, 2019
9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
For one weekend only, experience the beautiful blooms of native Southeastern sunflowers blanketing the pastures of Conservation Collier Pepper Ranch Preserve. October 11th, 12th, & 13th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 6315 Pepper Rd in Immokalee.
Entry is Free. Explore a scenic wildlife drive through the heart of a historic working cattle ranch. View acres of wild sunflowers and keep your eyes peeled for sandhill cranes, white-tailed deer, red shouldered hawks, and wading birds along the way. The best blooms this year can be viewed along a 1-mile limerock road hike that traverses through hardwoord hammock, pasture and freshwater marsh, so bring your walking shoes! *This year's bloom is expected to be smaller than the 2018, but there is still plenty to see at Pepper Ranch!
