CAT Beach Bus
Love going to the beach, but hate trying to find parking during the busy season? Let Collier Area Transit (CAT) drive you to the beach. CAT will bring the beach within reach. CAT, the Florida Department of Transportation and the Collier County Tourist Development Council are partnering to offer a FREE Beach Bus for those who would like to get to the beach without the hassle. The Beach Bus will operate from 8am until 2:30pm, then 4:30pm until 7:10pm, Friday through Monday until April 29, 2019. You can catch the Beach Bus every 15 minutes.
The Collier County CAT Beach Bus operates with free rides on its seasonal route through April 30, 2018. You can flag down the Beach Bus on Tamiami Trail between Immokalee and Vanderbilt Beach Roads, and along Vanderbilt Beach Road, Gulf Shore Blvd. and Bluebill Avenue. The route offers Park and Ride from Connor Park and free service for those in the busy shopping areas of Mercato and Pavilion Shops.
Please note a $2 fee per person will be charged to those entering Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.
