Our company specializes in fitness camps at Lowdermilk Beach in Naples. Sessions are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30am to 6:30am. All you need to bring is a yoga mat, beach towel, five pound weights, water and yourself. Who can imagine starting the day in a more beautiful setting than our beaches, and achieving fitness and wellbeing at the same time!
Apart from regular sessions, we can also customize fitness sessions - we work with hotels, meeting groups and any other type of gathering that would love to get some upbeat fitness into their day.
