An experiential evening starts with tantalizing seafood towers and raw bar selections followed by Crudo(raw fish au natural dressed with custom-blended organic Greek olive oil, citrus and seasoning) and composed tartares of steak, salmon, and hamachiin addition to the evening's selection.
First courses span from salads, where luscious lobster or seared Kobé play starring roles surrounded by the best produce from local farms, organic whenever possible, to al dente homemade pasta-like crab lasagna, rigatoni with charred octopus and more, plated for sharing or savoring solo.

Nestled within floor-to-ceiling walls of wine, Sails private dining room is an oasis seating up to 12 guests. Working closely with you, Chef Jacob Jasinski will customize a bespoke multi-course menu with suggested wine pairings for your celebration. When entertaining larger groups, Sails accommodates up to 40 guests for a seated luncheon or dinner, and 85 for a standing reception of passed hors d'oeuvres and beverage selections.
