The newest restaurant from Vincenzo Betulia, award-winning chef and leader in the Southwest Florida culinary evolution, pays homage to turn of the century Parisian brasseries. Enjoy classic country and coastal French dishes amidst a bustling, vibrant atmosphere with a romantic street side setting. The French is a slice of the Belle Epoque in the heart of Naples. 

The French offers a brasserie rustique inspired menu reminiscent – in technique and simplicity – to Chef Vincenzo's rustic "country" Italian cuisine at his acclaimed establishments, Osteria Tulia and Bar Tulia. Choose beloved brasserie classics from our dinner menu such as Poulet Rôti Forestière, Tartare de Boeuf, Escargot de Bourgogne, Soupe a l'oignon and Steak Frites, as well as rotating Plats du Jour rooted in tradition including Coq Au Vin, Poisson du Marché and Côte de Boeuf. Chef Vincenzo maintains a passion for using the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Dishes such as pâté de campagne, lentils du puy, saucisson sec (dry sausage), pastas, pastries and desserts are handmade in house. Seafood is fresh out of the water, and meats and produce come from family-owned, local farms. Other specialties including cheeses, nut breads and dried fruits are imported from fine artisanal producers in the United States and France.

The French features a cordoned off area for up to 25 people. With its red leather banquettes, Carrera marble top tables, black and white patterned mosaic floors, the room is a continuation in style and décor of the large, bustling yet sophisticated dining room. Ideal for business functions, milestone celebrations, wine events and holiday parties, the room can be configured in a variety of ways including one long table and individual smaller tables at the red leather banquettes, as well as for cocktails and sit down dinner.
