Felipe’s 2024 Fiesta Fest in Naples to Benefit Guadalupe Center
NAPLES, FL (Sept. 5, 2024) - In celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15-October 15), Felipe’s Taqueria is thrilled to announce its eighth annual Fiesta Fest, set to take place on Friday, September 20, at the restaurant’s Park Shore Plaza location. This year’s festivities will not only highlight the delicious cuisine, music, rhythms, and artistry of Hispanic culture, but a portion of total event proceeds will be donated to Guadalupe Center, an educational organization offering a range of transformative programs— including Early Childhood Education, After-school Tutoring, RISE for middle school success, and the college-preparatory Tutor Corps— to help break the cycle of poverty through education for students in Immokalee.
“For this year’s Fiesta Fest, we are proud to support Guadalupe Center to provide essential educational resources for children of Immokalee,” said Pike Howard, Owner of Felipe’s Taqueria. “There has long been a profound cultural connection between the U.S. and Latin America, and at Felipe’s, we are dedicated to honoring and celebrating this bond, which has deeply influenced our brand.”
“Fiesta Fest at Felipe’s Taqueria is more than just a celebration of great food—it's a testament to what we can achieve when we come together as a community. By dedicating 25% of the evening’s proceeds to Guadalupe Center, you’re not just enjoying a wonderful meal; you’re investing in the future of Immokalee’s children. Through collaboration and generosity, we are building a cycle of prosperity that empowers the next generation to reach their full potential," said Dawn Montecalvo, CEO of Guadalupe Center.
Fiesta Fest attendees can look forward to an exciting entertainment lineup, including live music from singer-songwriter Martiza Cedeno, Venezuelan singer-songwriter Nestor Larreal, and comedian and impressionist Rafael Leidenz. Twenty-five percent of sales from the day will be donated to Guadalupe Center.
In addition to the festivities, Felipe’s will treat guests to one free taco with any purchase on Sunday, September 15, in honor of Mexican and Central American Independence Days and the start of Hispanic Heritage Month. The offer is valid for in-restaurant dining only.
Fiesta Fest Naples will take place Friday, September 20, from 4 to 9 p.m. at the Park Shore Plaza location at 4255 Tamiami Trail N, Naples, Fl 34103. More information can be found at HERE or on social media via Instagram and Facebook.
