Sand Dollar Shelling and Boat Tours guests shelling on a Ten Thousand Islands beach

Sand Dollar Shelling and Boat Tours is a family-owned company run by Captain Evan Kuperman, a Florida Master Naturalist, and Anat Kuperman, a Florida Coastal Master Naturalist. From San Marco Marina in Goodland, the gateway to the Ten Thousand Islands, our USCG-licensed captains and naturalist guides take small groups to remote island beaches where olives, banded tulips, murex and more than 300 other shell species wash ashore with every tide.

Choose a shared or private shelling and dolphin tour, a 4-hour deep-islands trip, or a sunset cruise through the mangrove backwaters. Our Island Hopper is USCG inspected for up to 19 guests and pulls right up onto the beach, so larger families and groups can shell together. Shelling and fishing combo trips are available for groups who want to try both. Tours depart daily from 7am through sunset.

We welcome about 15,000 guests a year across our Goodland and Naples locations and are rated 4.9 stars across more than 2,000 reviews on Google, Tripadvisor, Yelp and Facebook. Named a Best of Naples by The Naples Press. Our Naples location runs Keewaydin Island shelling, Naples Bay cruises and tiki catamaran celebrations, and we also own and operate the Naples Bay Water Shuttle.
