Half-price Admission for FL Residents in September, Free Day, and More

Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary Tour.jpg

Audubon’s Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary invites residents and visitors to step into one of the region’s most extraordinary wild places this fall—with sunset strolls, night tours, and half-price admission for Florida residents as well as a community free day in September. With fall migration underway, the Sanctuary offers an amazing opportunity to view migrating songbirds and other wildlife along the 2.25-mile boardwalk, beneath towering, 500-year-old bald cypress trees. Inside the Blair Visitor Center, guests can learn about the birds of the Sanctuary and explore interactive exhibits including a Bird Migration Explorer application in the Spurlino Foundation Discovery Center.

Audubon’s Blair Visitor Center, Spurlino Foundation Discovery Center, and boardwalk, located at 375 Sanctuary Road W. in Naples, are open daily at 8 a.m., with last admission at 1 p.m. during the summer/fall season. The Center also features a Nature Store stocked with locally made gifts, plus snacks and beverages for purchase. Regular admission is $17 for adults, $6 for children ages 6-14, and free for children under 6 and Sanctuary members. Find admission details and tickets online at Audubon.org/corkscrew/visit.

Half-price Admission for Florida Residents in September

Florida residents can explore the Sanctuary for half price in September. Visitors can purchase tickets online, choose the “Florida resident” ticket option, then show proof of residency at the admissions desk to enjoy this annual savings opportunity.
