Marco Island Center for the Arts Invites the Community to Join the 2025 Festival of Trees

Marco Island, FL, November 11, 2025- Marco Island Center for the Arts invites creative individuals, families, businesses, and organizations to help spread holiday cheer by participating in the 12th Annual Festival of Trees, taking place December 2–5, 2025.

Founded in 2014 by Marco Island volunteer and art supporter Dave Rice, this festive community event raises funds to support the Art Center’s exhibitions, programs, and classes for children and adults.

Participants are encouraged to decorate a three-foot (or smaller) tree in any theme or style—traditional, whimsical, or imaginative. Decorators provide their own tree, lights, and materials, and there is no registration fee. Registration forms are available at www.marcoislandart.org and must be submitted by November 24 at 4:00 pm. Tree installation takes place on December 1, with the Festival and Silent Auction running December 2–4 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The silent auction closes at 4:00 pm on December 4, and trees must be picked up on December 5.

Visitors are invited to stroll through the festive gallery, vote for their favorite tree, and bid in the silent auction. Proceeds are shared between the decorator and Marco Island Center for the Arts or may be designated as full donation to support the nonprofit’s mission.
