Marco Island Center for the Arts Seeks Nominations

Marco Island, FL  March 18, 2026 – Marco Island Center for the Arts is now accepting nominations for its prestigious 2026 Artist of the Year award, inviting the community to help recognize outstanding artistic talent and contributions.

Each year, the Art Center honors an individual or group whose work has made a meaningful impact on the arts. Community participation plays a vital role in the selection process, and the public is encouraged to submit nominations for deserving artists.

All nominations must be received no later than April 17, 2026, by 5:00 PM.

Submissions must include:

•           Name and contact information of the person submitting the nomination

•           Name and contact information of the nominee (individual or group)

•           Supporting materials detailing the nominee’s achievements, previous awards, and contributions to the arts

The selected Artist of the Year will be honored during a special cocktail reception on May 6, 2026, at 5:30 PM at the Art Center.

Recent honorees include 2024 Artist of the Year Barbara Parisi, and 2025 Artists of the Year Pat Berry and Ron Clark, reflecting the diverse and vibrant creative community that continues to thrive in the region.
