SWFL Children’s Charities, Inc. Expands Wine & Women Summer Series

Published on August 03, 2026

NAPLES, Fla. – Building on the momentum of two successful seasons, SWFL Children’s Charities, Inc. is proud to announce the expansion of its popular Wine & Women Summer Series South, bringing its signature blend of exceptional wine, meaningful connections, and philanthropy to Naples.

The Wine & Women Summer Series was created to connect women who share a passion for giving back while supporting local restaurants and boutique wineries during the summer season. More than a wine experience, each gathering introduces guests to the life-changing mission of SWFL Children's Charities, whose signature fundraiser, the Southwest Florida Wine & Food Fest, has invested more than $35 million to advance pediatric healthcare throughout the five-county region.

Many Naples families have experienced the extraordinary care provided by Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida—the only children's hospital between Tampa and Miami. Every dollar raised helps ensure children and families from Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Hendry, and Glades counties have access to specialized pediatric care close to home when they need it most.

Led by Honorary Co-chairs Edee DeLuca and Jessica Higdon, the series features carefully curated wines from acclaimed boutique California wineries, thoughtfully paired culinary experiences, and inspiring stories that highlight the difference community support makes for the region's only children's hospital between Tampa and Miami.

The inaugural Wine & Women Summer Series South event will take place at Del Mar Naples on Thursday, August 20, from 6:00–8:00 p.m., featuring four exceptional wines from Perchance Estates paired with an unforgettable culinary experience.

The Naples expansion reflects the organization's continued commitment to engaging supporters across Southwest Florida while introducing new audiences to the mission behind the nationally recognized Southwest Florida Wine & Food Fest, the signature fundraiser of SWFL Children's Charities.

Sip. Connect. Make an Impact.

The Wine & Women Summer Series infuses the spirit of the Southwest Florida Wine & Food Fest into a relaxed, monthly format. With a focus on engaging a new generation of young professionals, the series offers purpose-driven fun while raising awareness for critical children’s health initiatives.
