The Naples, Marco Island, Everglades Convention & Visitors Bureau, (SPONSOR)  a part of Collier County Government (SPONSOR) “Check In and Win” promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older. The promotion begins at 9 a.m. EST, on November 21, 2020 and ends at 12:00 a.m. EST, on January 31st, 2021. You are providing your information to The Naples, Marco Island, Everglades Convention & Visitors Bureau, a part of Collier County Government.
 
The information you provide will only be used for Contest Participation. Customer information is collected for the purpose of processing your order. This information is kept confidential and is not shared except to the limited extent disclosure may be required under applicable law. During checkout, we may ask you if you would like to receive marketing communications. If you opt-in, then you will receive communications according to what you opted into.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit https://www.paradisecoast.com/paradise-pass between 9 a.m. EST, on November 21, 2020 and ends at 12:00 a.m. EST, on January 31st, 2021. Each entrant will be required to complete the Official Paradise Pass Registration Form by following the instructions provided on https://www.paradisecoast.com/paradise-pass.  Required fields include Entrant’s “Name, Email, Phone, City, State, and Zip code." Visit designated Pass locations to check in from your phone. The more you check in, the better your chance to win the grand prize. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by participants; lost entries or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions or the computer hardware, software, or any combination thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to participants' systems. Incomplete entries will be voided. All entries become the property of the Naples, Marco Island, Everglades Convention & Visitors Bureau and may be used in advertising and publicity without compensation. By entering, Entrant agrees that if he or she is randomly selected as the winner of the prize package (see Prizes), Entrant grants Sponsor and/or its affiliates, agents, and licensees permission to film and/or photograph Entrant and/or guests during use of Prize, at a time and place to be mutually agreed upon by Entrant and Sponsor, and grants Sponsor the unconditional and perpetual right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when or to the number of times used) such film, video, and/or photograph without compensation and limitation (see Conditions of Entry). Winner will be randomly selected among complete entries on or after January 31st, 2020. The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries.
 
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Entrant agrees that if he or she is randomly selected as the Winner of the prize package (see Prizes), Entrant irrevocably grants Sponsor and/or its affiliates, agents, and licensees permission to film and/or photograph Winner and/or his or her guests during use of Prize, at a time and place to be mutually agreed upon by Winner and Sponsor, and gives Sponsor the unconditional and perpetual right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when or to the number of times used) such film, video, and/or photograph (collectively, "Likeness"), without compensation and limitation; including, but not limited to, the recording and the performances contained therein (in each case, as recorded/photographed or as edited/modified in any way by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion), as well as to use Winner's and/or guests' name, likeness, photograph, video and/or statements regarding his/her participation in this promotion (with or without using the Entrant's name) in any and all media without limitation as to time or territory, and without additional compensation or approval from the Winner, his or her guests, or any other party. Winner and his or her guests waive intellectual property rights, privacy/publicity rights or other legal or moral rights that might preclude the Sponsor's use of the film/video/photograph, and agrees not to sue or assert any claim against the Sponsor for the use of the Winner's and guests' Likeness or statements. Winner agrees to indemnify and hold Sponsor, its agencies and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, and any of their employees (collectively, the "Indemnities"), harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) and liabilities (including settlements), brought or asserted by any third party against any of the Indemnities due to or arising out of the Sponsor's use of Winner's and guests' Likeness, or the Winner's and guests' conduct in connection with this promotion, including but not limited to claims for trademark infringement, copyright infringement; violation of an individual’s right of publicity or right of privacy; or defamation. Winner and guests further agree to release Sponsor from any and all claims that any advertising subsequently produced, presented, and/or prepared by or on behalf of Sponsor infringes Winner's and his or her guests' rights with regard to any elements, characters or ideas contained in any use of Winner's and his or her guests' Likeness.
 
  • ELIGIBILITY: Open to all legal residents of the U.S. who are 18 years or older at time of entry, except employees of Collier County Government, Naples, Marco Island, Everglades Convention & Visitors Bureau, Miles Partnership, Bandwango, Paradise Advertising their advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. No entry fee, payment, or proof of purchase necessary to enter promotion. Void where restricted or otherwise prohibited by law.

PLEASE NOTE: Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply and reservations are based on space availability. Winner and his/her guests will be solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein including but not limited to taxes, gratuities, souvenirs, ground transportation, and any other incidentals, fees, service charges, etc.
 
In the event that a winner and/or his or her guests engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send winner and/or his or her guests home with no further compensation.
 
Vouchers are redeemable for certain goods, services or experiences offered by, or facilitated through, the Merchant identified on the Voucher. The Merchant is the issuer of the Voucher and is solely responsible for all matters pertaining to the redemption and use of the Voucher. Furthermore, the Merchant is fully and solely responsible for the care and quality of all goods and services it provides to you and for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs ("Liabilities") it may cause you to suffer, directly or indirectly, in full or in part, whether related to the use or redemption of a Voucher or not. GENERAL RULES & CONDITIONS: By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winner will be notified by e-mail and will be required to sign and complete an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release, where legally permissible, and liability and return it within five (5) days of receipt of attempted e-mail delivery to receive the specified prize, otherwise the specified prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prize winner gives Sponsor the right to use prize winner's photo and/or video, name, voice, picture, and likeness in advertising and publicity without further compensation, where permitted by law. By accepting the prize, prize winner agrees to release Sponsor and its employees, advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers and other coordinating agencies involved in the promotion from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from any prize-related activity. All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. No substitution or transfer of prize to another hotel or resort or transfer of prize to anyone other than the entrant or election of cash in lieu of prize will be permitted. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, with appropriate legal approval, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion and to select the single prize winner from among the entries received prior to the suspension or termination of the program; and Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or in any way corrupts the entry process. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant or any other individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
 
Collier County is a political subdivision of Florida and subject to the requirements of Florida’s Public Records Law found in Ch. 119, Fla. Stats. Any documentation or information that you provide to Collier County or the Convention and Visitors Bureau is a public record and may be subject to disclosure upon request.
