Enjoy a relaxing outdoor experience at the serene 26-acre Unity of Naples campus that has a trail system, scenic pond, and labyrinth. Forest bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku, originated in Japan more than 40 years ago. The quiet practice has health benefits that can include reducing anxiety, stress and depression and improving sleep, cardiovascular health, cancer, and respiratory and immune function. This program is led by a Certified Forest Bathing Guide and includes a guided meditation and sensory connections with nature. Pre-registration required at unitynaples.org under the Events tab.
