Schoolhouse Rocks! Family Day at Collier Museum

Can you imagine what it was like to learn in a one-room schoolhouse? Discover the fun and see what it was like in the “olden days” of schooling! Was there only one bathroom? Where did the students go for lunch? Take a hands-on approach to history with activities inspired by institutions past. Learn how to use an abacus and get back in the learning groove with a fun twist on memorizing facts singing songs from Schoolhouse Rock! All ages welcome, but best for ages 5-12. Drop in from 10 am to 1 pm. No reservations necessary.
