A recent study found that Tai chi improves motor function in people with mild to moderate Parkinson’s disease and may slow down disease progression. Our group movement classes provide a flexible, functional approach to exercise, addressing multiple symptoms and adapting to varying levels of disease severity. Movement is a crucial component of living well with PD.
