Art Guild of Naples

The Art Guild of Naples is a Not-For-Profit artist run association dedicated to helping artists achieve their artistic goals. Our Vision: To support the advancement of art at the local level and throughout the Naples art community. Our Mission: To inspire and empower artists to release their creativity and achieve the level of accomplishment they desire. • Each AGON member actively promotes and encourages other members of our group through the sharing of techniques and community opportunities • No artist is pushed to advance their art any further than they are comfortable, but we try to instill confidence in our membership to help them achieve their own goals Our Community: We support visual artists at all stages of their artistic journey, from the novice to the professional artist. Our community of artists is dedicated to helping artists grow their skills and achieve their artistic goals. • Some of our members create strictly for their own enjoyment; some would like to begin selling their work; and some are already greatly successful in their field. • We mentor those who which to start selling by: • Leading them through the steps necessary to legally sell in the state of Florida • Providing different pricing models to use when setting your price • Train the artist on how to setup a vendor booth • Provide insight on how to take payments • Support each other at our shows. If you get stuck when taking a payment, help is as close at the artist to your right or left. ABOUT Our Members: Our members are predominately located in the greater Naples, Florida area and represent artists in all visual art mediums including oil, acrylic, pastels, watercolor, resin, alcohol ink, mixed media, and fiber. Our membership based is composed of many full-time as well as seasonal SW Florida area residents.
