OUR FOOD

Brick Fired is our style of cooking. It's how we prepare our pizzas, flatbread sandwiches, and our homemade croutons for our delicious, fresh salads. We use only the finest cheeses, premium gourmet ingredients, and our signature dough made daily with extra virgin olive oil. Our brick oven sears your food in just minutes, at temperatures up to 1000 degrees!

We also offer gluten free and dairy free options for pizza crust and flatbreads, and we also offer our lower-calorie cauliflower crust. You'll find vegetarian options throughout our menu. Our restaurant is Blue Zones Project Approved with excellent and delicious healthful options. 

Finally, our tasty desserts include Italian gelato and sorbet and warm, freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.
