With a 5 star Chef and professional catering team, we've grown into a full spectrum catering company that offers everything from backyard barbecues to lobster and caviar, ice cream to ice sculptures…Cocktail Receptions, Weddings, Elegant dinners, Themed buffets and luncheons. All proceeds benefit St. Matthew's House, whose mission is to change lives in a spiritual environment that is both compassionate and disciplined, as well as providing housing for the homeless and food for the needy.
Chef Kristofer Jubinville
Kristofer began his culinary career studying at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island and graduated with an A.S. in Culinary Arts and a B.S. in Food Service Management in 1999.
Before accepting the position of Executive Chef, Kristofer had volunteered his talent and time to the kitchen of St. Matthew's House, supporting it's mission to feed the hungry. In 2013 he accepted a position as the Executive Chef for our feeding ministry and SMH Catering. Kristofer passionately delivers dignified meals to every man, woman, and child who call St. Matthew's House home.
