J-Stick'um Custom Rods and Jigs owner Captain Jim Fortman has over 25 years of fishing rod building experience. His goal is to provide customers with a one of a kind, custom built fishing rod that is designed for the angler and to their specifications. Captain Jim will help you design the fishing rod of your dreams. Using only quality materials, such as Fuji components, MHX IM7 graphite, St. Croix, and TX3 vertical jigging and offshore blanks assures customers they will have a custom fishing rod that will perform and not just be a piece of art. In addition, Capt. Jim also crafts high quality jigs, as well as repairs fishing rods and reels.

Located in Naples, Florida, Capt. Jim will see clients in his studio by appointment and you can find him Saturday mornings at the Vanderbilt Farmers Market at the Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt located at the corner of Airport-Pulling Rd. and Vanderbilt Beach Rd. in north Naples.
