Sous Chef/Butcher, Mike Pilarski, has served the Pewter Mug for over 40 years. Sous Chef Mike still ages and hand cuts every steak at the Pewter Mug, ensuring a great cut of Certified Angus Beef. He'll even cut you a steak any size that your heart desires.

Bar Manager, Pat Murphy (Murph the Surf), Naples legendary surfer and long time bartender has given the Pewter Mug 40 years of service, as well. He still boasts about Coast Rica while mixing up his "Almost World Famous Murph-a-Ritas". Come and listen to Murph the Surfs' outrageous around the world safaris, while enjoying a bite to eat or sipping on one of his stout cocktails.
