Salt Therapy Grotto
The Salt Therapy Grotto provides wellness services that contribute to the general improvement of the physical health and well-being of our clients' respiratory systems using dry salt inhalation, commonly known as salt cave therapy. Our goal is for treatments to aid in the promotion of the healthy lifestyle that is of the utmost importance today.
The negatively charged ions of salt ten to promote a positive mood and healthy mental state. A highly effective natural disinfectant, salt is antimocrobial, antiviral, and antibacterial. In peaceful serenity you enjoy your salt treatments, which may help symptoms including sinusitis, allergies, asthma, respiratory infections, bronchtis, skin conditions, and more.
We have both an adults Salt Cave and a children's Salt Cave, designed for children to play as they would on a beach while reaping the benefits of salt therapy.

An adult salt therapy session in our salt cave lasts for 50 minutes or longer, generating a sense of well-being and a variety of positive health effects. We can host sessions for businesses and groups meeting in our salt room. The adult session can host up to 8 adults at a time and special group discounts may be given, so please contact us for more information.
