Greetings from Florida’s Paradise Coast. We welcome inquiries from members of the media and offer access to information throughout the Media Center about what it’s like to visit Naples, Marco Island and the Everglades. If your story research requires a familiarization trip to the destination, please fill out the form below as completely as possible. We ask that you submit at least 30 days prior to your requested arrival time for domestic travel and 60 days for international travel. You can also use this form to request specific information, photos or video assets, and to join our media list to receive news releases.

During the months of December - April we have what is known as "High Season" where our resident and visitor population increases dramatically. We therefore are unable to assist in hosting journalists and influencers during High Season, since the added population makes it difficult to offer the best experience for those journalists and influencers. We welcome these and other visiting media to plan their visits between May and November..
