'Discover Rookery Bay’ at Marco Island Historical Museum

‘Discover Rookery Bay’ presentation is designed to introduce community members to the mission of our local Research Reserve and how staff successfully work to fulfill that. The National Estuarine Research Reserve spans nationwide, with thirty different locations, from Florida to Alaska. These protected landscapes, dedicated to the conservation and education of estuaries, are equivalent to that of our National Parks, in both beauty and value.
